  • An innovator in launching strategies, programs and processes to boost revenue performance and capture new revenue opportunities; effective leader of operations, teams, key accounts and company-wide initiatives.

  • Revitalized a $35M, 398,000 square foot Class A and Class B office building portfolio as the architect of a major maintenance renovation and lease-up plan, identifying more than $150K in uncollected rent, resulting in improved third party vendor service delivery, 15% reduction in operating costs and 8% increase in occupancy.

I have consistently increased corporate revenues while building trusted partnerships with staff, owners, contractors, vendors and clients alike. In addition, I am a highly skilled manager of both people and resources with a record of accomplishment of bringing out the best in both and can easily translate these skills to bring out the best in your organization as well.
