from $50,000 to $2 M in value, all during the COVID-19 pandemic crisis of 2020/2021/2022.
- Implemented and oversaw a $4.8M CAPX renovation project and completed reorganization
of a international $207M mixed-use portfolio; originated marketing and leasing campaign
resulting in increasing residential occupancy by 5%, reduced operating cost by 8% from
the previous year, initiated forensic lease analysis process and conducted negotiation
for the recovery Of $1.6M in previously uncollected rent.
- Planned and supervised all operating activities for a nationally based $65M 360,000 square
feet medical office campus; initiated forensic lease documentation analysis process and
conducted negotiations for the recovery of $2M in previously uncollected rent, as well as
increasing occupancy by 10%, reducing operating costs by 7% from the previous year.
